The pandemic caused by COVID-19 did not change the trends in inventory management and supply chain, but only accelerated them. What should we do? How to adapt? What needs to be changed?

All questions will be answered by PhD in Technical Sciences Victor Roman, an adjunct professor at the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, co-founder of InOpter and Avocado AI inventory management services, he got MBA degree at IE Business School (Madrid), and he is a consultant on operational efficiency and lean production implementation.
The lecture will be based on real examples, which will allow the practical use of the presented materials.
Target audience is owners, operational, commercial directors of SMEs.
