Chernihiv Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a certified provider of services on technical file preparation and bringing compliance of industrial products with EU safety requirements.

According to the article #57 “Agreement on Conformity Assessment and Acceptance of Industrial Products” (ACAA) of the Association agreement, trade in goods between Parties in the sectors covered by the Agreement will be carried out on the same terms that apply to trade between EU member states.

Thus, Ukraine must fully harmonize its legislation with EU legislation in the field of standardization, metrology, technical regulation, accreditation, product conformity assessment and market surveillance.

The Technical file prepared by Chernihiv CCI staff proves the compliance of the product with the EU regulations and allows to sell Ukrainian goods abroad.
