Senior Experts Service (SES)
The SES- is German organization which enables Ukrainian business to invite experienced German experts as consultants to help with developing economy, education and social spheres in Ukraine.
What is the SES?
The SES is non-profit organization, founded by leading business associations and it is supported by German government. The SES unites more than 12 000 highly qualified retired experts who are ready to volunteer and provide consultations to small and medium-sized business, state organizations, social and educational institutions.
Since 1983 the SES has been providing help in more than 90 countries in the world.
Aims of the organization:
- Improvement of specialists’ and managers’ qualifications
- Development of new strategies
- Optimization of technical processes
- Improvement of environmental conditions and occupation safety
- Quality management, modernization
How to get an expert?
- Fill in and submit the application
- The search of the expert
- An approval of expert’s candidacy
- Signing of the contract
- Arrival of the expert and implementation of the project
Visit’s time frame, according to the SES, cannot be shorter than 3 weeks and longer than 6 months. Experts usually arrive for 3 to 6 weeks. Revisit of the expert is also possible.
Collaboration expenses with SES
The SES covers the cost of:
- Processing of the project
- Recruitment and training of the expert
- Health insurance
- International flight
Host party expenses:
- Transfers in Ukraine
- Accommodation
- Basic nutrition
- Daily allowance (€5, for Kyiv €10)
- Interpreter’s services if needed
