SES – Future needs experience

German Senior Expert Service SES – German Economy Foundation for International Cooperation – is the leading public organization in Germany that brings together retired professionals and executives, to provide advisory services on a voluntary basis. Since 1983, this non-profit organization offers help for self-help around the world, mostly in developing countries and countries with economies in transition.

The main distinguishing feature of the experts SES – their years of experience. Experts are donating their skills and improve their qualifications professional colleagues around the world. They have knowledge of the various sectors of the economy, besides a high social competence and readiness to adapt to local conditions, and are often a good knowledge of foreign languages. They do not carry the costs associated with their activities for the SES and are fully secured insurance coverage for the duration of the project. SES services are designed primarily for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Thus, you can invite an expert of SES to afford to the company in order to obtain new experience, analysis of the company’s search for ways to optimize and so on. In this case, your costs will be accommodation and subsistence allowances for experts.
