The Center of exports of Kyiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry with financial support from the British Embassy in Ukraine within the project “Creating an effective system of information business in Ukraine about the benefits of the Association Agreement and DCFTA with the EU” carried out by CTA Economic & Export Analysts Ltd welcomes you take part in the seminar on “International standards Global GAP», which is held on February, 9th, 2016 at 10.00.

Increasingly, Ukrainian producers of primary products, which are planning to export products abroad, receiving from customers on request certification under the Global GAP. Europeans trust the system Global GAP, which guarantees food safety in trade networks. For Global GAP- Ukrainian farmers an opportunity to sell their products, as retailers sought reliable suppliers of the certificate is just evidence of reliability and quality, but also a chance to enter the European markets. Gradually increasing requirements for suppliers and system side of supermarkets and hypermarkets in Ukraine. As most of them are European business, they gradually “transferred” to the Ukraine European rules.

Global GAP – modern standard of safety of agricultural products. For consumers and retailers Global GAP certificate means proof that the product met the required level of safety and quality conducted in compliance with environmental regulations, professional care for the health and safety of workers, the environment and farm animals.

The seminar will Steve Homer British expert who directly participated in implementation of Global GAP standards, now managing director of SMHproject Limited, will share their experience and highlight the following issues:
