Last week at the conference hall of Chernihiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry the Chamber auditors tested the members of HACCP groups of the restaurant “STEAK HOUSE CHERNIHIV” and Varenychna “Baluvana Galia” and issued them the Certificates of internal auditor qualification of food safety system, which completed several months training of the personnel of these enterprises relating implementation of HACCP procedures in catering institutions. Services on the implementation of HACCP system are provided by Chernihiv CCI on a contractual basis.

Testing has shown that representatives of HACCP groups are very well versed in the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine on food safety and are ready to put into practice the knowledge gained as a result of our cooperation.

This is only one of the stages of implementation of HACCP procedures at these Chernihiv catering institutions, so to be continued.
