Chernihiv School for Labor Skills has launched a new project with COLLAR Company!

The first group of future employees of COLLAR Company began training today. Eight students will learn a new profession in six weeks and get a job at one of the best companies in Chernihiv region.

This project was created and implemented by Chernihiv CCI in partnership with COLLAR Company in order to attract new staff for the light industry of the city.

It is safe to say that in the current time of the skilled workers shortage this experience is a successful example of a constructive approach to solving the issue of personnel in the workplace which can be implemented in other enterprises.
