What is the operating efficiency and why is it needed? It is a whole philosophy, which covers a number of well-known approaches from Lean to 6 SIGMA, helps enterprises to become more competitive and increase production efficiency.
For whom – owners and top-managers responsible for the production in small and medium-sized businesses in any sector.

- managing partner and private entrepreneur of PRImA Consulting Group (consulting on operational efficiency and strategy, optimization of business processes, supply chains, projects and trainings on LEAN)
- more than 15 years of experience in operational efficiency and project management;
- 19 printed publications and 4 patents.
