Training “Business analysis tools for management decesions”

We begin the new educational year with the training “Business analysis tools for management decesions”, which will be held on February 26-27 in Chernihiv!

The comprehensive program for business owners and managers seeking to learn how to use tools to analyze problematic business situations and make effective management decisions for their business development.

Two days of practical content from Iryna Kirkina, Vice-President of the Association of SMS management consultants, the director of consulting agency “Personal” (www.personal.ck.ua), who helps the business move to the next level of management skills. During the training you will develop business tools and technologies on your own cases.

The training includes 4 modules:
