This is exactly the case when the cool impressions after the training stay for a long time

Last week, executives and topmanagers of Chernihiv enterprises, together with the consultant Viktor Roman, worked on improving the operational efficiency of their own production. The tools mastered help to avoid many types of losses: overproduction, inventories, transportation, waiting, unnecessary work, production failure and other.

Working with practical cases we realized how problem defining, measuring, analysis, improvement and control help optimizing any process. It was interesting that all these tools and principles help to increase efficiency of management as well as production.

All the participants noted the high professional level of the expert, discovered possibilities for production optimization, and most importantly – got the understanding that the correct use of tools gives the maximum result with continuous improvement!
