“Restaurant business: competencies for Success”
The training “Restaurant business. Competencies for Success”, organized by the BISC in Chernihiv, has just ended. The main expert was Svitlana Musiy, a successful entrepreneur, co-founder of the Restopraktyky project, consultant and co-owner of Bali Bowl Cafe.
What are the trends in the HoReCa segment today? What are visitors paying attention to and why are they coming back? How to “hook up” clients and what to look for when planning your own cafe or restaurant? These and many other questions left no one indifferent.
Today all establishments compete in the service, so the role of the team is of main importance. So, we moved from the motivational part to the absolutely practical one. Our expert shared her experience in organizing work with employees, told us how to make it as effective as possible and how different representatives of different generations differ – what they pay attention to in their work and what they lean to.
An enjoyable end of the training was a dessert-making workshop by Valentyna Veryovkina, a pastry chef and owner of the registered TM ShaLiz, and her sous chef Lesia Lutsenko.
Thanks to our brilliant experts Svitlana Musiy, Valentyna Veryovkina, Lesya Lutsenko and all the participants!
