March 22, Chernihiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry, with the support of the partner project of the chambers of commerce and industry, KVP UKRAINE conducted a training “HR-manager’s workshop”.
Why do people come to the company, but go from the head? What is the motivation tool for the staff at which stage of the company’s development will be more effective?
These and other questions were answered by international class coach Natalia Kalinina.
Participants from 20 companies in Chernihiv wrote that they plan to apply in their work after the training.
