Business Information Support Center in Chernihiv invites owners and business leaders to a FREE online “Practical Negotiation Skills training” to be held April 22-23, 2020.
Viktor Derevyanko, the consultant of “Ernst & Young” Academy of business, will conduct an online training on a specially designed program to improve the skills of preparing, organizing and conducting successful negotiations.
As a result of the training participants will:
☑️ Master the principles / strategies and technology of effective negotiation.
☑️ Learn the main stages of negotiations: prepare, get in touch, find out information, make a proposal, etc.
☑️ Improve their communication skills necessary to reach the goal of negotiations.
The training includes 4 modules:
☑️ Features of business negotiations: content, strategy planning and tactics, win-win principle in negotiations;
☑️ Negotiation process: the stages of conducting, clarifying the interests of the partner, types of questions, methods of active listening;
☑️ Difficult situations: psychological position, means of protection against manipulation and pressure;
☑️ Argumentation in negotiations: technique, model of “ZP”.
All modules include practical tasks and work in groups. The presence effect is provided by the conference service.
